At times it may be necessary to cancel your appointment.   We appreciate 24 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule. If no notice has been given for a missed appointment, client will  be required to leave a credit card number to book future appointment, the full service price will be charged to your credit card if subsequent appointment are missed.      

Exception : Credit card number is required for spa packages or multi service appointments. A 48 hours cancellation is required to avoid a 100% charge to your credit card.
